I asked on the POTS forum, as POTS causes bad nausea and it was worth picking their brains. Too much to copy in now, I'll tell you over the weekend, but two meds that were mentioned as being safe for use in pregnancy were Zofran and Phenergan. So that's a start for meds research. I've not been on Zofran, and since I'm on heart meds I won't be, but I've been on Phenergan, it's an antihistamine and possibly an OTC one.
