On our budget, I think we'd have been lucky to get neatly folded newspaper. Plus a reminder from the Top Boss that, see, books are dangerous and that's why we should switch to electronic resources for everything even when such a switch is clearly not possible, and a Post-It from the university administration suggesting we shut down the library altogether to save costs.
